Technical Support: If you need technical support, call 256-3848. There's never a charge for support over the phone! In the event that a problem cannot be solved over the phone, we offer the following additional services: $45 per hour for service on your computer at our office. $50 per hour plus $10 trip charge for on-site service at your home or office ($50 minimum). *Note: the speed of your connection is dependent upon a number of factors -- modem speed, quality of the phone lines, routing of the connection from your home or office to us, and other factors
